FDP ROL.1.2 The TSF shall permit operations to be rolled back within the [assignment: boundary limit to which rollback may be performed].

Dependencies: [FDPACC.1 Subset access control, or

FDPIFC.1 Subset information flow control]

FDPROL.2 Advanced rollback

Hierarchical to: FDPROL.1

FDPROL.2.1 The TSF shall enforce [assignment: access control SFP(s) and/or information flow control SFP(s)] to permit the rollback of all the operations on the [assignment: list

of objects].

FDPROL.2.2 The TSF shall permit operations to be rolled back within the [assignment: boundary limit to which rollback may be performed].

Dependencies: [FDPACC.1 Subset access control, or

FDPIFC. 1 Subset information flow control]

6.11 Stored data integrity (FDP SDI)

Family behaviour

This family provides requirements that address protection of user data while it is stored within the TSC. Integrity errors may affect user data stored in memory, or in a storage device. This family differs from FDPITT Internal TOE transfer which protects the user data from integrity errors while being transferred within the TOE.

1

FDPSDI. 1 Stored data integrity monitoring requires that the SF monitor user data stored within the TSC for identified integrity errors.

FDP SDI.2 Stored data integrity monitoring and action adds the additional capability to the first component by allowing for actions to be taken as a result of an error detection.

Management: FDP SDI.1

There are no management activities foreseen for this component.

Management: FDP SDI.2

The following actions could be considered for the management functions in FMT Management: a) The actions to be taken upon the detection of an integrity error could be configurable.

Audit: FDP SDI.1

The following events should be auditable if FAUGEN Security audit data generation is included in the PP/ST:

a)Minimal: Successful attempts to check the integrity of user data, including an indication of the results of the check.

b)Basic: All attempts to check the integrity of user data, including an indication of the results of the check, if performed.

c)Detailed: The type of integrity error that occurred.

Audit: FDP SDI.2

The following events should be auditable if FAUGEN Security audit data generation is included in the PP/ST:

a)Minimal: Successful attempts to check the integrity of user data, including an indication ofthe results of the check.

b)Basic: All attempts to check the integrity of user data, including an indication of the results of the check, if performed.

c)Detailed: The type of integrity error that occurred.

d)Detailed: The action taken upon detection of an integrity error.

FDPSDI.1 Stored data integrity monitoring

Hierarchical to: No other components.

FDP SDI.1.1 The TSF shall monitor user data stored within the TSC for [assignment: integrity errors] on all objects, based on the following attributes: [assignment: user data attributes].

Dependencies: No dependencies.

FDPSDI.2 Stored data integrity monitoring and action

Hierarchical to: FDPSDI.1

FDP SDI.2.1 The TSF shall monitor user data stored within the TSC for [assignment: integrity errors] on all objects, based on the following attributes: [assignment: user data attributes].

FDP SDI.2.2 Upon detection of a data integrity error, the TSF shall [assignment: action to be taken].

Dependencies: No dependencies.
